Upgrade Desktop Projects from QFD to QAS v8.3.x

Upgrade from 5.x, 6.x or 7.x to 8.5.x

Upgrade from 3.14 to 4.1.0

Upgrade from 4.1.x to 4.1.6

Upgrade from 4.1.6 or 5.x to Latest Version

Enable Dashboard for Pre-existing Server
